PT 943 Vestibular Rehabilitation
This course presents in-depth instruction in pathophysiology, evaluation, and management of patients/clients with vestibular system diagnoses. Students will apply current evidence for intervention and management of patients with vestibular dysfunction.

- Differentiate vestibular system pathology from other manifestations of vertigo, dizziness, and dysequilibrium.
- Identify the examination procedures used to evaluate patients with vestibular dysfunction to establish a diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of care.
- Perform examination procedures used to evaluate patients with vestibular dysfunction to establish a diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of care.
- When presented with a clinical case study, analyze and interpret examination data and determine appropriate interventions for the clinical problems presented.
- Determine appropriate elements of the rehabilitation treatment program for patients with vestibular dysfunction
