DMED 604 Genomic Data Science

This course covers advanced methods in genomic data analysis, including Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), genome annotation, and variant identification. Students will work with real genomic datasets and apply computational tools to extract biological insights. Topics also include epigenomics and functional genomics.
