NRSG 206 Health Assessment

The course includes theory and practice in the collection of subjective and objective health-related data through the physical assessment and interview, using classmates for practice. Theory and supervised practice guide the student in recognizing normal and abnormal physiological states and understand their significance. In addition, the student will be able to use the findings to formulate a therapeutic plan of care.
