Common Areas

Common areas such as hallways, recreation rooms, lounges, rest rooms and kitchens are an integral part of community life. Your help in keeping these areas clean and in good repair is both appreciated and necessary. Lounge furnishings may not be removed from their location. Removal constitutes theft, which is subject to fines. Any student found with University furnishings in their unit will be reported to the Director of Residence Life. Students will be held responsible for any damage to University property. University provided furniture (beds, dressers, etc.) must remain in the student rooms.
