TECH 301 Agile Project Management
This course explores the core values and principles of agile project management. Topical coverage includes agile methodologies, the relationship between defined and empirical processes, best practices, and the latest agile approaches.

- Explain the value of Agility and apply the Agile Mindset/Scrum Theory in your organizational setting.
- Demonstrate how to structure work for delivering value iteratively and incrementally, including Product Vision, Roadmap, Epics, Features, and User Stories.
- Apply adaptive planning techniques to maximize value delivery, including prioritization of the overall Product Backlog, relative estimation of backlog items, and value delivery via Sprint Backlogs.
- Define Agile roles and ceremonies to support Scrum.
- Recognize how to drive continuous improvement using Agile metrics, including value delivery and team performance data.
