Major – Minor Policy
Below is a list of majors and minors at the University of Jamestown, grouped into Fields of Study. A student who selects a major in any Field of Study may only choose a minor that is in the same Field of Study if at least nine credits are unique to the minor. A student cannot have the exact same major and minor; nor can a student have the exact same major concentration and minor. A grade of C- or above must be earned in all courses that are required in a major or a minor.

Major Field of Study
At least half of the credits in the candidate’s major must be completed from the University of Jamestown; modification of this requirement may be made by the department chair with the consent of the Undergraduate Dean.
