IX. Amnesty for Personal Ingestion of Alcohol or Other Drugs
In order to encourage reporting of Prohibited Conduct, the University of Jamestown will offer amnesty to Complainants and student witnesses who violate the University’s Alcohol and Drug policies related to their own personal consumption of alcohol or other drugs at or near the time of the alleged incident(s), unless the violation placed the health or safety of another at risk.
