LDRS 721 The Innovative Consultant: Principles for Success
This course provides students with creative insights concerning consulting individuals, groups, and organizations. Students are introduced to paradigm shifts in the consulting space as the practice of providing advice and direction to individuals, groups, and organizations looking to implement new strategies continues to change. Students complete practical assessments to understand the overall process and value of consulting and learn the transformational impact, innovation, and increased efficiency consultants can offer.
