KNS 225 Disc Golf

This course introduces the fundamentals of disc golf. Emphasis is placed on basic throwing techniques, putting, distance driving, scoring, and single and doubles play. Upon completion, students should be able to perform the skills required in playing situations.

  1. Understand the basic rules associated with the game of baseball,
  2. Teach, demonstrate, identify and correct the technical skills needed in the game of baseball to interscholastic baseball players,
  3. Apply tactical and fundamental skills to team practice and game plans,
  4. To become certified through the American Sport Education Program (ASEP).
