KNS 228 Tennis

This course provides students with an introduction to the fundamental skills, techniques, and strategies of tennis. Students will learn essential strokes, including the forehand, backhand, serve, and volley, while also developing footwork, coordination, and court awareness. Instruction will cover the basic rules, scoring system, and proper tennis etiquette. Designed for players of all skill levels, this course emphasizes both recreational and competitive play, promoting physical fitness and enjoyment of the sport. Classes will include drills, practice sessions, and match play opportunities.
